2. Keith Cronin / Marshall Clarke - Citroen DS3 R3T
No problems this morning. I pushed in the first two stages and we built up a margin which has made things easier, but it's difficult to judge if it's enough because anything can happen.
1. Mark Donnelly / Dai Roberts - Renault Clio R3
It's been a tough morning. We had a high-speed spin on the first of the stages and we were lucky to get away without hitting anything. There's also a sensor problem, so the engine's down on power.
3. Jarkko Nikara / Petri Nikara - Citroen DS3 R3T
We lost third gear during SS5 and of course, that has really slowed us down. I'm am not sure if the team will be able to get it fixed. There's also been a problem with a front brake disk, so not the best of morning's really.
5. Osian Pryce / Iestyn Williams - Citroen DS3 R3T
I seemed to have lost a bit of confidence to start with, as the car seems to be sliding a lot at the back. We'll have to make a few set-up changes in service.
4. Elfyn Evans / Dale Furniss - Ford Fiesta R2
Not flat out. There's no need. I knew the R3s would have a big advantage here, so we can only do what we can, keep out of trouble and see where it gets us.
8. Tom Cave / Craig Parry - Citroen DS3
I'm a little surprised to be second, but pre-event testing went well, so the car feels good and I actually feel there's more to come.
6. Jonathan Greer / Gordon Noble - Citroen DS3 R3T
I really feel I'm getting there with the car now and quite happy with the way it's going, although I still miss not having a back axle!
7. Peter Taylor / Andrew Roughead - Renault Clio R3T
I dropped time in the last two stages as I don't think the car is going fast enough, plus I had a big overshoot in Fogo.
9. Jussi Kumpumaki / Jani Salo - Ford Fiesta R2
The first stage of today went well, but then I had three overshoots in the last one. I don't know what's going on!
14. Matthew Cathcart / James Morgan - Ford Fiesta R2
This is my first tarmac event and I'm really enjoying it, although I have to be a bit neater, as I still drive some of the corners like their gravel.
20. Chris Ingram / Ieuan Thomas - Renault Twingo R2
the car's had a misfire since stage three and I can't get full power - but it's a brilliant rally.
23. Nick Allen / Andy Bull - Renault Twingo
The car's still overheating, so we're being careful not to stall it as it's difficult to start when it's hot. Even so, this event is shaping up to be my favorite rally so far.
25. Henry Felix Catchpole / Christopher Brooks - Renault Twingo R1
Now I've been over the stages, I think I was right to be nervous earlier. But the car's great and I'm really enjoying it.
21. Garry Pearson / Craig Wallace - Renault Twingo R1
I had a 360-degree spin on Abbey St. Bathans and clipped a bank which bent a rear shock absorber. But other than that it's been good.
18. Ruary MacLeod / Drew Sturrock - Ford Fiesta R2
Stage three was OK, but then we clipped a bank on stage four and damaged something. But we were another who went off a long way in Fogo.
17. Gethin Jones / Kevin Devine - Ford Fiesta ST
Not really on it today. I'm embarrassed to admit that we went straight on at the infamous overshoot in Fogo. There's some nice scenery around here I have to say!
22. Alex Parpottas / Chris Davies - Ford Fiesta R2
the gearbox started to make some noises in stage four and then we clipped a bank and bent a wheel.
12. Callum Black / Paul Wakely - Citroen DS3 R3T
I must admit that I'm a bit off the pace and overshot a junction 100 yards before the junction where everyone else overshot in Fogo. But I'm getting into it again.
23. Nick Allen / Andy Bull - Renault Twingo
So far so good. The car is going well and I feel we're getting quicker stage-by-stage.
11. Desi Henry / Niall Burns - Citroen DS3 R3T
A problem with the water pump and power steering belt tentioner meant that the car was down on power and difficult to drive. We had to stop, but we will restart under SuperRally tomorrow.
10. Jukka Korhonen / Mikael Korhonen - Skoda Fabia R2
The car and the tyres are good, so I just need to focus on my driving now, as this is my first ever tarmac rally.
15. Niko-Pekka Nieminen / Pasi Haataja - Ford Fiesta R2
I hit some mud and could not brake enough for a corner. We went off, broke two trees and then hit a third. the car is bad, but we are OK.
19. Arron Newby / Martin Taylor - Skoda Fabia R2
The car landed badly after a jump and we went into a bank and rolled maybe six or seven times. I can't understand why it happened, as everything seemed OK and it didn't feel like we were going too fast. the car is not as bad as it sounds though, which is good and, other than a few aches, were both alright.
