It's more difficult this afternoon than it was this morning. The ruts are quite deep and it's difficult to get the car to turn in.

It's working quite well and there is still more to do with the car to get it better. I'm a bit to cautious in places.

It's very nice and fun this stage, I like it. I lost some time as we jumpt out of the ruts and had some moments. Otherwise it went well.

It's more rocks and more ruts. It's really difficult. I try to enjoy it, I enjoy a little bit more.

When you get experience on these stages. My first time on the stages in a World Rally Car, I make adjustments from the first loop and we are faster. It's starting to get better.

It's the first time I've driven the car in these conditions, I hesitated a little about taking it into the ruts and when you hesitate you lost time. The second pass on these stages can get very rough. I'm happy.

C'est la première fois que je conduis cette voiture dans ces conditions, j'ai plusieurs fois hésité à rouler dans les traces et quand on hésite ici on perd du temps. Ce deuxième passage peut être vraiment délicat. Je suis content.

Tämä on ensimmäinen kerta, kun ajan autoa tällaisissa olosuhteissa. Epäröin vähän uriin ajamista ja, jos epäröit menetät aikaa. Toinen kerta näillä pätkillä  voi olla tosi raju. Olen tyytyväinen.

[Front left tyre is off the rim] I went off on a 5th gear corner and hit the bank and it started to roll but luckily I just did a 360 spin in fourth gear. At least we have two spares.

(Vasen eturengas poissa vanteelta) Ei voi olla tuon lähempänä kaatoa. Viitosen mutkasta lähti spinnaamaan, ja keula osui penkkaan. Tehtiin ilmassa 360 astetta nelosella. Onneksi on kaksi vararengasta.

It's so difficult to drive. I need to adapt my driving style to these ruts. I just find it very difficult at the moment. I don't know what to do, I know I can go faster.

C'est dur à piloter comme spéciale, il faut adapter son pilotage aux ornières, je trouve cela très difficile. Je ne sais pas quoi faire et pourtant je sais que je peux être plus rapide.

On vaikeata ajaa. Pitää sovittaa ajotyyli näihin uriin, mutta se on nyt vaikeaa. En tiedä mitä pitäisi tehdä. Tiedän, että pääsen kovempaa.

I don't think I could do better in this stage. I was flat out everywhere but sometimes I couldn't hold the steering in the ruts. I should have more torque, I think Sebastien has more from torque from his engine.

Je crois que je ne pouvais pas faire mieux dans cette spéciale, j'étais à fond partout même si parfois j'avais du mal à garder la trajectoire dans les ornières. Il me faut plus de couple et je crois que Sébastien en a plus que moi.

En usko, että pystyisin parempaan tällä pätkällä. Ajoin koko ajan kaasu pohjassa mutta välillä en pystynyt kunnolla ohjaamaan urissa. Olisi pitänyt olla enemmän vääntöä; luulen, että Sebastienilla on enemmän vääntöä moottorissaan.

We got a 10 second road penalty when we found a puncture. Better to do that then drive with a flat tyre for the whole stage. Then the intercom died on the start and we changed for the spare.

On a écopé de 10 secondes de pénalisation quand on a réalisé qu'on avait crevé. Cela vaut mieux que de conduire toute une spéciale à fond avec un pneu crevé. Ensuite il a fallu changer l'intercom qui nous a lâchés.

Rengas tyhjeni siirtymällä. Vaihdettiin se ja saatiin 10 sekuntia aikasakkoa. Parempi oli vaihtaa se kuin ajaa pätkä tyhjällä renkaalla. Sitten kypäräpuhelimetkin pimenivät. Kun alkaa mennä pieleen, niin kaikki menee. Mutta ei mitään - aurinko paistaa, ja nyt on kaikki kunnossa.
