Yes it was good. I was a bit too cautious at first. I like the narrow part at the end. Something to improve next year is to get those braking points.

Karvan verran arastelin alun isolla tiellä, kun en ollut varma linjasta. Lopun pienemmästä tiestä pidän. Ensi vuodeksi pitää löytää oikeat jarrutuspaikat.

It's very difficult always, but it was a pretty good stage for me. The tyres were moving more for me toward the end and I hit a couple of rocks but it was one of my best times through here. I think it will be difficult for anyone to get the record through here today as you have to think about the Power Stage.

7. Jari-Matti Latvala (FIN) / Miikka Anttila (FIN) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
C'est toujours une ES difficile mais elle s'est bien passé. Je trouvais que les roues bougeaient beaucoup en fin de spéciale et j'ai heurté quelques pierres mais c'est quand même un de mes meilleurs temps au final. Je crois que le meilleur temps ne sera pas battu aujourd'hui car il faut se ménager pour la Power Stage.

Aina tämä on vaikea, mutta kaikki hyvin; hyvin tuli. Renkaat alkoivat liikkua loppua kohti, ja osuin pariin kiveen. Silti aivan parhaita ajoja, mitä olen Ouninpohjassa tehnyt. On vaikea tehdä ennätystä täällä, kun pitää ajatella Power Stagea.

This time I was quite careful as I clipped a rock earlier and I thought the front tyre may be going soft. I was just a bit cautious.

I really wanted to push a little bit but when I got onto it I didn't get the feeling to push to maximum. We can go so fast in that stage but we have a lot to learn. If you go off on that stage then the consequences are so high, you can write the car off.

Je pensais que j'allais attaquer mais une fois dedans je ne m'en suis pas senti le courage d'être à fond. On peut aller vite mais il y a beaucoup à apprendre dans une telle spéciale. Sortir ici se paye très cher, on peut se retrouver très rapidement en dehors de la course.

Halusin todella hyökätä vähän, mutta ei tullut semmoista tunnettta, että olisin voinut vetää maksimilla. Lujaa tällä pätkällä voidaan mennä, mutta paljon on opittavaa. Jos ajat täällä ulos, seuraukset voivat olla niin pahat, että auto voidaan poistaa kirjoista.

It was quite slippy, I thought we had tyre wear but it was still damp in some places and I was not so confident. We had to slow down a little bit where Kris was off. He was really far off the road.

C'était glissant, je croyais qu'on avait tué nos pneus, c'était toujours humide par endroits et je n'avais pas complètement confiance. On a un peu ralenti là où Kris est sorti, il était vraiment très en dehors de la route.

Aika liukasta oli, mutta tuli ihan OK. Luulin, että rengas oli kulunut, mutta paikoitellen olikin vielä vähän kosteaa, eikä ollut luottamusta. Piti hidastaa vähän siinä missä Kris oli mennyt ulos. Hän oli tosi kaukana tieltä.

It was at about 25km that there was a massive rock in the road and it was either hit the rock and retire or go off the road to avoid it. I had no chance and had to avoid it.

A 25km du départ il y avait une énorme pierre sur la route et on avait le choix entre la taper et abandonner ou sortir de la route pour l'éviter. Je n'avais pas d'autre choix que de l'éviter.

Noin 25 km kohdalla tiellä oli valtava kivi, ja piti joko osua siihen ja keskeyttää tai ajaa ulos tieltä ja väistää se. En voinut muuta kuin väistää. 

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
I was very very fast everywhere, then I got the split for Mads and I saw Meeke had rolled then I took it very carefully to the end. I wanted to make another record on this stage, there is the possibility to go faster so we'll see what Seb has done. The car is very fast, lovely to drive, I just love this car.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
J'étais à fond partout puis j'ai eu le temps intermédiaire de Mads et j'ai vu que Kris était sorti et je me suis calmé jusqu'à la fin. J'aurais aimé faire un record sur cette spéciale, c'est possible d'aller plus vite dans cette spéciale, on va voir ce que Seb fait. J'adore cette voiture, c'est un vrai plaisir à conduire.

Olin kaikkialla nopea, mutta sitten sain Madsin väliajat ja näin että Meeke oli kaatanut. Sitten otin varovasti loppuun asti. Halusin tehdä pohjat täällä, mutta katsotaan mitä Seb tekee. Auto on tosi nopea ja ihana ajettava. Rakastan tätä autoa.

8. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
It was a really nice stage. A lot of fun but the tyres are really gone at the end. Maybe not the best tyre choice but we have the record. At the end it was really slippy and the rear of the car was sliding a lot. [Front right wheel damaged]

8. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
Une spéciale très sympa. On s'est amusés mais les pneus sont morts à la fin. Notre choix de gommes n'est peut-être pas le meilleur mais nous faisons le meilleur temps. La fin était vraiment glissante et la voiture chassait beaucoup de l'arrière. (Roue avant gauche endommagée)

Oli tosi mukava pätkä. Paljon hupia, mutta renkaat ovat lopussa ihan mennyttä. Ei ehkä paras rengasvalinta, mutta pohja-aika tuli. Lopussa oli tosi liukasta, ja perä luisteli kovasti. (Oikeassa etupyörässä vaurioita)

We took it very carefully, we were slow but we have to enjoy what we have left. I need to push all the time which makes it a little bit difficult.

It felt like we had a puncture but it seems that the tread blocks have just been coming off the tyres. Quite a funny feeling.
