This second loop was more tricky as there was a lot of ruts and my car was a bit low. As my driving includes some sliding I feel more at ease on wide and clean roads.

Ce deuxième tour a été plus compliqué car il y avait beaucoup d'ornières et ma voiture était reglée un peu trop basse. Avec un pilotage généreux en glisse, je suis plus à l'aise quand les routes sont larges et bien propres.

Tämä toinen lenkki oli aika konstikas, sillä tiellä oli paljon uria ja auto oli vähän matala. Ajotyyliini kuuluu sladi, joten leveät ja siistit tiet sopivat minulle paremmin.

Despite the time we lost this morning I am still pushing but I don't understand why our times are disappointing without making any mistakes. I have been through this situation already in Portugal and Argentina.

Malgré le temps perdu ce matin, je continue au même rythme mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi, même en attaquant et sans faire d'erreur, les chronos ne sont pas terribles. C''est une situation qui m'est déjà arrivée au Portugal et en Argentine.

Huolimatta aamun ajanhukasta hyökkään edelleen, mutta en ymmärrä miksi aikamme ovat niin huonoja; emme ole tehneet virheitä. Tilanne on tuttu Portugalista ja Argentiinasta.

I'm still very enthusiastic about the car that I first tested back in October 2012. Since then it has been my dream to drive the DS3 in a rally. My aim is to reach the finish line and I didn't except to be fighting at this level.

Toujours aussi enthousiaste à propos de sa voiture qu'il avait essayé en octobre 2012. Depuis je rêvais de rouler avec la DS3 dans un rallye. Mon objectif est de finir le rallye et je ne m'attendais pas à me battre à ce niveau.

Olen edelleen hyvin innoissani tästä autosta. Testasin sitä ensi kerran lokakuussa 2012 ja siitä lähtien unelmani on ollut ajaa DS3:lla rallia. Tavoitteeni on päästä maaliin; en odottanut taistelevani tällä tasolla.

I had a big moment in stage 12 and it's a kind of miracle that we are still in the race as we broke a damper. I don't have much hope left that we can win here but considering the pace we were all having it was predictable that one of us would make a mistake. Now it's getting complicated for the Drivers' title so I will from now on concentrate on the Manufacturers title.

2. Mikko Hirvonen (FIN) / Jarmo Lehtinen (FIN) - Citroën DS3 WRC
Je me suis fait une grosse chaleur dans la 12 et c'est presque un miracle d'être encore en course vu que l'amortisseur était cassé, Je n'ai plus beaucoup d'espoir de remporter le rallye mais au rythme où tout le monde allait c'était évident que certains allaient faire des fautes. Pas conséquent cela devient compliqué pour le championnat pilotes et donc je vais me concentrer sur le championnat constructeurs pour le reste de la saison.

Minulla oli aikamoinen tilanne EK12:lla ja on oikeastaan aikamoinen ihme, että olemme vielä kisassa, sillä iskari hajosi. On oikein enää usko voittoon, mutta ottaen huomioon vauhdin, jolla ajoimme täällä, oli ennustettavissa että yksi meistä tekisi virheen. On vaikeaa enää taistella kuljettajien voitosta, mutta keskityn nyt kauden merkkimestaruuteen. 

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
I feel confident for the next loop. My aim is to stay on the podium. Saturday will be hectic as we have to go twice through Ouninpohja. Last year I lost about one minute over the others in there. What is important is to finish on the podium and not think of the points of the championship.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
Je suis vraiment confiant pour le prochain tour. Mon objectif est de rester sur le podium. Samedi sera compliqué à cause des deux passages dans Ouninpohja. L'annee dernière, j'y avais perdu une minute face aux meilleurs. Ce qui est important est de terminer sur le podium plutôt que de penser aux points du championnat.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
Olen luottavainen seuraavan lenkin suhteen. Tavoitteeni on päästä podiumille. Lauantaista tulee kiireinen, sillä ajamme Ouninpohjan kahteen kertaan. Viime vuonna menetin siellä minuutin muille. Olisi tärkeää päästä podiumille eikä ajatella mestaruuspisteitä.

4. Mads Östberg (NOR) / Jonas Andersson (SWE) - Ford Fiesta RS WRC
It's a pity to finish the day while losing time because of a puncture especially as I don't know how it occurred. I just felt I was losing some pressure in the tyre and I was thus onliged to slow down. When you see how difficult it is to catch up one or two seconds I think I won't be able to catch up but I will push until the end to keep some pressure on Ogier.

Dommage de terniner la journée en perdant du temps sur une crevaison d'autant que je n'ai pas compris comment celle-ci s'est produite, J'ai juste senti que je perdais de la pression dans le pneu. Fatalement cela m'a obligé à ralentir. Quand on voit ce qu'il est difficile de reprendre une ou deux secondes, je pense que ce sera difficile de me refaire mais je vais quand même attaquer jusqu'au bout pour mettre de la pression sur Ogier.

On sääli, että menetin aikaa rengasrikon vuoksi, kun en edes tiedä mistä se johtui. Tunsin, että rengaspaine laski ja oli pakko hidastaa. Muutamankin sekunnin ero on todella vaikea ottaa kiinni, joten en usko, että saamme Ogierin kiinni, mutta hyökkään loppuun asti ja painostan häntä.

8. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
The day has been perfect. At first the gaps were tight and I didn't know what tactics to adopt wether take some risks to win or think about the championship. Eventually my rivals have had some troubles and my lead is a bit more comfortable now as I can manage it. I am not the one anymore who has to take risks.

8. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
La journée a été excellente. Au début les écarts étaient serrés et j'étais hésitant sur la tactique à suivre à savoir prendre des risques pour gagner ou penser au championnat? Finalement mes adversaires ont eu des soucis et j'ai une avance un peu plus confortable et je peux désormais gérer cet écart. Ce n'est plus à moi de prendre tous les risques.

8. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
Päivä on ollut täydellinen. Aluksi erot olivat pienet enkä tiennyt mitä taktiikkaa käyttäisin; ottaako riskejä vai keskittyäkö mestaruuden tavoitteluun?  Kilpakumppaneillani on ollut vähän vaikeuksia, ja johtoni on mukavampi. Ei ole nyt pakko ottaa riskejä.
