1. Jarkko Nikara / Petri Nikara - Renault Clio R3
Going well so far, I'm still learning the car and there's a lot to learn. The stages are a bit soft and it's making it difficult to find the braking points.
2. Mark Donnelly / Dai Roberts - Renault Clio R3
Very pleased so far, however I was a bit suprised at how slippery the stages are but more of the same for the next loop.
3. Elfyn Evans / Andrew Edwards - Ford Fiesta R2
All is ok, the car is good but I'm finding it difficult to get on the pace today. Probably because of the grip. We had interference over the intercom for SS2.
4. Alastair Fisher / Daniel Barritt - Ford Fiesta R2
Going well so far. On this event you have to get used to the conditions before you push but so far so good.
5. Jukka Korhonen / Mikael Korhonen - Skoda Fabia R2
Still getting used to the car, but very pleased and there is more to come!
6. Peter Taylor / Andrew Roughead - Renault Clio R3
Not feeling as comfortable as I'd like. I'm feeling a bit rusty with this car. I hope it gets better as we go through the rally.
7. Callum Black / Chris Williams - Suzuki Swift S1600
I can't quite understand it. We seem to be going at a good pace but the times are not reflecting that. We'll have a look around the car at service and see if there is anything we can do.
8. Desi Henry / Niall Burns - Citroen DS3 R3T
Other than an overshoot in SS1, everything else has gone ok. These are the first proper stages in this car for me. I'm finding it a bit difficult on the soft surface.
9. Osian Pryce / Iestyn Williams - Citroen DS3 R3T
I'm very happy with the times this morning, considering that it's my first event in the car. Only problem to report is a slight overshoot on SS2
10. Jussi Kumpumäki / Jani Salo - Ford Fiesta R2
Having a good fight for R2. I'm pleased to be leading the class. I'm aiming to keep the same pace from here.
11. Tom Cave / Craig Parry - Ford Fiesta R2
I haven't done an event in a front wheel drive car since Monte Carlo 2010, so I'm having to get used to front wheel drive again. It's taking me a bit longer than normal to get up to pace.
22. Gethin Jones / Kevin Devine - Ford Fiesta ST
It's all beginning to come back to me, I can just about remember what to do!
15. Niko-Pekka Nieminen / Pasi Haataja - Ford Fiesta R2
I've had too many stage one accidents so I've decided to take it easier to start off with, so I could go faster. No complaints
16. Jack Rowe / James Aldridge - Ford Fiesta R2
I'm not used to the type of surface on this event. I'd like to be pushing a bit harder but, I need to get used to the stages more.
17. Keith Cronin / Seb Marshall - Renault Twingo R1
All ok, getting used to the car and trying to get as much speed from it as possible. I hit a bump in SS2 so the lads have to check the suspension in service.
18. Ruary MacLeod / Paul Beaton - Ford Fiesta R2
The car handles very differently in the ruts than how it does when the stages are smooth. We started steady and are getting faster.
20. Matthew Cathcart / James Morgan - Ford Fiesta R2
The condition of the stages isn't quite as good as I'd hoped, so I'm looking after the car and making sure I'm getting through the tricky sections.
23. Matt Cotton / Glyn Thomas - Ford Fiesta ST
We had a good first three stages. I'm building confidence and getting quicker. It's brilliant to be back in the British Rally Championship.
24. Christian South / Tomas Whittle - Citroen C2 R2
Really enjoying it, the car is very good but doesn't seem to like the rough bits.
25. Nick Allen / Andy Bull - Renault Twingo R2
I'm trying to familiarise myself with the car and the stages. It's a bit different than the USA but I'm happy with the way it's going so far.
26. Chris Ingram / Joe Cruttenden - Renault Twingo R2
I'm building up my confidence after a roll on the Wyedean. I'm now getting used to things, I will try and go a bit quicker.
27. Arron Newby / Julian Wilkinson - Skoda Fabia R2
Everything is going well so far, but I don't like the ruts.
29. Steve Rokland / Dag Nordstrand - Ford Fiesta R1
Driving from experience so not taking any risks, especially as the R1 homologation for our Fiesta is not through yet.
30. Garry Pearson / Craig Wallace - Renault Twingo R1
Car seems to be performing well, it keeps bouncing out of the ruts and we're losing time because of this, but it's all part of the learning process.
